Does Floyd work for Google Play?

Welcome to Floyd, a service of Smith Holdings LLC. By using MeetFloyd.com or related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

Floyd is an AI-powered App Store Optimization (ASO) tool. We audit your app listings, generate marketing assets (screenshots, copy, keywords), and can push approved changes to the App Store on your behalf via your App Store Connect API credentials.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of the app metadata, screenshots, and content you submit. You grant Floyd a limited license to process your content to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI providers (Anthropic). Generated outputs (screenshots, copy, keywords) are yours to use, modify, or publish freely.

Pushing to the App Store

When you connect your App Store Connect API credentials, Floyd can upload screenshots, metadata, and attach builds to versions on your behalf. You are solely responsible for what gets published to your app listing. Review all changes before approving.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Floyd for apps you don't own or aren't authorized to modify.
Submit illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
Use the Service to violate Apple's or Google's platform policies.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Billing is handled by RevenueCat. Refunds are handled per the applicable app store's policies. You can cancel any time.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Floyd available but we don't guarantee uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to issues with third-party providers (AWS, Anthropic, Apple).

Disclaimer of warranties

Floyd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that app audits or generated content will improve your app's ranking, downloads, or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floyd's liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing support.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
